Workshop
Mediation: Making your Opinions Count – By participating in this workshop, students will learn the principals of negotiating and be given skills to then actively participate in several role plays involving riveting, real-life environmental dilemmas. Students will be asked to take on the role of various stakeholders in an environmental dispute where they can practice their newly learned negotiating skills! Success will depend on their ability to convince and persuade. Grades: 9 - 12 |
